
Dr Kirstin Charlesworth

Dr Kirstin Charlesworth is interested in all aspects of family medicine.
After graduating from Monash University in 1996, she completed further training in paediatrics, followed by a diploma in obstetrics and gynaecology at Mercy Hospital for Women before obtaining her General Practice fellowship in 2001.
She has a particular interest in;
- Paediatrics
- Women’s health including menopause management, IUD & Implanon insertions & pregnancy care. She offers shared obstetric care with Mercy Hospital for Women, Sandringham & Royal Women’s hospitals.
- Preventative medicine
- Skin checks & minor skin excisions & procedures
Dr Charlesworth is French speaking & is happy to consult in either English or French. She is married with 3 children, is a passionate gardener, loves to hike, cook, travel, watch her beloved Collingwood AFL team & is a proud life member of Surf Life Saving at Fairhaven SLSC.
